What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with a provider such as Google, the basic profile it shares (name, avatar). Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
• What you write: your theses, components, notes and revision history.
• Usage and technical data: logs such as request times, errors and IP addresses, used to run and secure the service.
• Payment details: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing. We don't store card numbers.

How we use it

• To provide the service: store your workspaces and check them against company filings.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.
• To bill paid plans and send service-related messages.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Services we rely on

• Clerk: authentication and subscription management.
• Stripe: payment processing for paid plans.
• Railway: hosting and database.
• Anthropic: when you use AI features (filing-text checks, suggestions, explanations), the wording of the relevant assumption or thesis and excerpts of public filings are sent to Anthropic's API to produce the result.
• SEC EDGAR: we download public company filings. No personal information is sent to the SEC.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in (set by Clerk). The research pages and landing page don't use tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and workspaces, or to get a copy of your data, email [[email protected]]. Logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

PremiseWatch is not intended for anyone under 18.
